 순서에 맞게 셋팅 해 보세요.
일단 랜카드 하나만 꽂아서(eth0) 셋팅을 합니다.
인터넷이 되는지 확인 합니다.
그런 다음 전원을 끄시고 eth1 하나를 더 꽂습니다.
(참고, 같은 종류의 랜카드 2개를 사용시에 문제가 발생할 수 있습니다.)
이런건 irq,io 만 바꿔서 고쳐주면 해결이 됩니다.
 메세지 상에서는 정상적입니다.

안되는 문제는 랜카드에서 찾아 보시면 해결할 수 있습니다.
