처음 전체설치 하시면 rpm으로 기본웹서버가 구축됩니다.
다시 apm를 깔려면 기존 rpm으로 설치된 apm를 지워줘야합니다.
차근차근 apm를 설치하셨다면 apachectl이란 실행 파일이 패스가 걸려서 생성됩니다.
아니면 /etc/rc.d/init.d/에서 httpd 실행파일을 start해서 데몬을 돌려보세요
