mod_rewrite 를 사용하지 않는것 같아서..
다시 추가를 해주려고
 ./configure --enable-module=rewrite  해서 make파일 만들고
make 했습니다.
이상없이 된것 같은데...
 ./httpd -l 해도 rewrite 에대한 글은 없내요.
