 일단 바이너리를 받으셨나 보죠?
 바이너리니깐 configure를 할 수가 없져...
 그리고 mysqld 계정을 만들어 주셔야 겠지요...
 mysqld 을 root 로 실행이 되게 하는건 보안에 안좋고...
 또한 요즘 버젼들은 root 로 돌지가 않는 걸로 알고 있습니다.
