안녕하세요..정~말 하다하다 안되서 질문올립니다.
현재 DNS를 운영하고 있는데요.
nslookup으로 특정도메인을 검색해보면...

nslookup 가상도메인.com
 Server:  localhost
Address: 211.xxx.xx.xxx
 Name:   가상도메인.com
Address: 211.xxx.xx.112
=========================
nslookup www.가상도메인.com  Server:  localhost
Address: 211.xxx.xx.xxx
 Name:   가상도메인.com
Address: 211.xxx.xx.112
=========================
로 잘 됩니다..그런데 외부 DNS로 검색을 해보면...
=========================
nslookup 가상도메인.com
 Server:  localhost
Address: 211.xxx.xx.xxx
 Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   가상도메인.com
Address: 211.xxx.xx.112
=========================
nslookup www.가상도메인.com  Server:  localhost
Address: 211.xxx.xx.xxx
 Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   가상도메인.com
Address: 211.xxx.xx.190   <= 요기

 외부 DNS에서는 www있는것과 없는것이 다르게 나온다는 겁니다.
처음에는 캐쉬때문이라고 생각했는데..아무리 기다리거나..
ttl값을 조정해봐도 안됩니다.
다른 도메인들은 다 되는데..유독 이거 하나만 안되는군요..T.T
참고로 zone파일의 내용을 첨부합니다.
