님께서 알려준 것으로 확인 해보니 정책이 보입니다.
명령을 내려서 확인 해보니깐
 Chain PREROTING <policy ACCEPT 13862 packets, 1300k bytes>
pkts   bytes   target    prot opt in        out          source
   Chain POSTROUTING  <policy ACCEPT 276 packets, 16457 bytes>
pkts   bytes   target    prot opt in        out          source
4147   211K    SNAT     all   --   *        eth0         0.0.0.0/0
               to:211.250.110.***
  Chain OUTPUT <policy ACCEPT 387 packets, 23738k bytes>
pkts   bytes   target  prot opt in        out          source
 이렇게 나오는데요..음..사설아이피를 쓰는 클라이언트가 여전히
외부 FTP에는 접속을 못하고 있는데요..해결방법은 없을까요?
