 음... 하나님께서 올려주신 글을 읽어보았는데 퍼미션문제라...
그래서 걍 업로드한 파일및 그 디렉토리를 777로 해도 같은 다운로드 불가
메시지가 뜨거든요...
 파일을 클릭했을때 에러 메시지 :
