 커널 소스를 푸시면 include 디렉토리가 있을겁니다.
거기서 asm/ 에 보시면 sigcontext.h 파일이 있지요..
커널 컴파일을 하시거나...단순히 그 파일만 /usr/include/asm/ 에 복사해서
쓰는것도 될거 같구요...
kernel-headers.rpm 파일을 설치하셔도 될거 같네요.
