c버전문제죠..
 헤더파일의 위치를 변경해 주세요..
 tai64nlocalc. 에 보면 time.h헤더 의 경로가 잘못 지정되어 있을겁니다.
 sys/time.h 로 되어있던가 .-_-a
 가물가물 하지만.. sys를 없애주면 될겁니다.
 그럼~
