 이렇게 나오심 서버쪽에선 문제가 없다고 보죠.
 그럼 문제는
1. 윈도우98 클라이언트의 설정문제라고 보심 됩니다.
2. 서버측의 접근제한 설정(inetd에서 관리를 한다면 hosts.allow)
 근데 한가지 dns proxy= yes인데 파이어웰 내에서 프록시 서버를 가동중이신지?
