gcc 컴파일러가 없다는 에러 메시지 같습니다.
컴파일러를 설치해보셔요.
    참그리고 한가지 덧붙이자면 설치 하시려는 풀그림에 설치 하는 방법
필요한것들 등등이 잘 성명이 되어 있을것입니다.
일단 먼저 확인 하시고 자신의 셈틀에 필요한 요건들이 되는지 확인해
보시면 많은 도움이 되리라 생각 됩니다.
