gcc 컴파일 할때 에러가 나네요.

collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
 이렇게 에러가 나고요
 소스는
 #include <stdio.h>
#include <math.h>
 int main (void)
{
	double x=1.27;
	printf("$f", exp(x));
	return 0;
}
 입니다. 왜 exp()함수를 쓸 수 없을까요?
 그리고 gcc 버젼은 2.96입니다.--부탁드립니다.
