로컬에서 텔넷접속은 되는데 외부에서 텔넷접속이 안되어서
 게시판 뒤지던중에
hosts.allow 하구 hosts.deny파일을 ALL:ALL로설정하라던데 파일을 열어보니까 이런식으로 되어 
있거든요  cat /etc/hosts.deny
 #hosts.deny This file describes the names of the hosts which are *not* allowed
                           to use the local INET services, as decided by the '/usr/sbin/tcpd' server.
                           #
                           #The  portmap line is redundant, but it is left to remind you that the new secu
re                            portamp uses hosts.deny and hosts.allow. In particular you should know that
                           NFS uses portmap!
                            그리고 cat /etc/hosts.allow는 요

이런식으로 나와 있는데 이걸 다지우고 ALL:ALL로설정해주어야 하는지 아니면 어떻게 해야
하는지좀 알려주세여
